SlickDash privacy policy
What SlickDash is
SlickDash is a companion for live racing telemetry from Gran Turismo 7 on a PlayStation 5 on your local network. It is available as native apps for Windows, Android, and iOS. It does not require an account.
Data that stays on your device
Preferences such as view mode and the last PlayStation 5 address are stored locally on your device (for example a settings file on Windows, or app preferences on Android and iOS). Lap times and fuel figures for the current session stay in memory and are discarded when you quit. We do not operate a SlickDash cloud or user database.
Local network
On the same Wi‑Fi / LAN, SlickDash sends UDP heartbeats and receives telemetry packets from a PS5 running Gran Turismo 7. That traffic stays on your network and does not go through our servers.
Crash reports (Sentry)
When a build ships with Sentry enabled, if the app crashes it may send a diagnostic report to Sentry (a third-party error service we use) so we can fix bugs. Those reports can include the exception, app version, OS version, and limited device or network address information. We do not use crash reports for advertising. Race telemetry packets are not uploaded. Builds without Sentry do not send crash reports.
What we do not do
No accounts, no ads, no selling personal information, no tracking you across other apps or sites. Android and iOS builds do not show ads or use advertising IDs.
Children
SlickDash is a racing dashboard, not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
